Dear Charmaine,

I want to take this opportunity to thank Ellen Zilli's Catering for the wonderful job they did during our Forensic Science Seminar which was held September 19th and 20th, 2001 at the Zoofari Center. I have to admit that when I was perusing the brochures from the various caterers before I made my decision, I remembered thinking, "Wow, nobody can be that good!" Well, Rick, Curt, Patti, and every other member of Ellen's staff that I encountered was THAT good!

Having little experience with caterers, I relied heavily on your past experience for all of the necessary details. Even during set-up, the day before the event, any last minute changes were met with, "No problem, we can do that." The staff was professional looking and acted as professionals.

I have, and will, continue to recommend Ellen Zilli's Catering to ensure a wonderful event.
