On Thursday, October 18, 2001, Lori Ulickey, your Corporate Sales Manager, invited us for a wonderful luncheon to display your varied catering menu. The professional manner in which she spoke and displayed the food/service products was spectacular and extremely appealing. To further justify, she provided them to us free of charge.

Therefore , we felt that it was important to make you aware that our "first impression" of your business was exceedingly above all other food service establishments we contacted. We came to respect Ellen's Catering in part because of the way in which company representation was made. Even though we have not currently contracted your service, we intend to in the future. Furthermore, should we have to give any department within the Medical College of Wisconsin a referral, we will gladly send them "your way."
